cozy & comfortable

comfortable, good size of bed for me & my daughter, quiet AC. big bathtub enough for 2 of us to soak in. good water pressure. simple breakfast provided.

a little far from the Jiao Xi Transfer station. Need to take cab with luggage.

a good place to stay to visit Yilan and enjoy the hotspring, but might not stay there again.

the hotel looks very pretty from the outside and in the lobby, like that we could also get water and drinks whenever we had from the dining area. the bath onsen was also very enjoyable

the room was surprisingly dusty and was not well maintained. noticed alot of table top dust in every location. didn't feel very clean staying in the room ):

Adequate but some fittings need updating

Room size was small, barely enough room for luggage and moving around. Bathroom taps can benefit from replacement. I could feel and hear the spring coils on one side of my spring mattress but on balance the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom is small without separate shower

Hot springs location needs maintenance

Location was convenient.

After COVID-19, the hotel did not keep up with the maintenance of the building. Lots of fixtures were old and dirty.

Overall very comfortable with a nice atmosphere and great staff. I would recommend it for the value.

Good location in the heart of town. Easy to walk to most places nearby. Parking a car was really convenient with the free parking lot across the street. The room was really comfortable and appreciated that besides the morning breakfast there was also free afternoon tea, which if your lite on supper eaters like us it was just enough to fill you up for the evening. The place was nice and clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Not much to say here. Overall really nice. While nicely decorated, the property is starting to show some signs of wear and aging. It will probably be time for some painting and wallpaper repairs very soon.

Do not stay here. Take your money elsewhere.

Rooms were extremely dirty and dusty. Especially the toilets, it looks like it has never been cleaned. Not sure why it has 5 stars reviews, definitely does not deserve it. With the price you expect 5 stars service and amenities but this is not the case. take your money elsewhere.

one of the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They called me to show the best caring! also. I really like the hot tub, the bed, the working/makeup vanity. you literally can find everything you need in the room

This is not really unpleasant but, there was, sometimes, a bad smell in the toilet sometimes, and the breakfast soup was a bit cold.

Comfortable and cosy hotel

Cosy and small hotel with not many rooms, not too rowdy. Staffs were friendly and explained well. Location was near convenience shop, starbuck and eateries.

Lack of mirror in the room, lift was abit small, can only fit 4 of us at a time. Breakfast Buffet could have more variety.

Onsen in the room. Everything is here is about having a relaxing time.
